Coinbase CEO: We'll Comply With Russia Ban If US Government Tells Us to

If the US government tells us to follow Russia's ban, we will. If the US government enacted legislation to that effect, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong said the exchange would comply with the Russian user restriction. They will not ban all Russian users before complying with any specific sanctions requirements that arise. So, until the effect of the order is actually carried out by the American government, Coinbase's actions do not prevent Russian users who have Coinbase accounts from continuing to utilize them.
